Book straight into Google Calendar

Your assistant checks what is actually free before it offers a time, then writes the booking in while the caller is still on the phone.

What it does

All of this works today.

  • Reads your availability mid-call, so it never offers a slot you are already busy in
  • Creates the appointment with the caller's name, number and reason for calling
  • Moves a booking when someone rings back to reschedule
  • Cancels, and tells the caller it is done rather than promising to pass it on
  • Works on the one calendar you pick — a personal Gmail calendar is fine
  • Texts the caller a confirmation once the event exists, not before
On the call
Do you have anything Thursday afternoon?
Let me check — Thursday at 2:15 or 3:45 are both open.
2:15 works.
Booked. You will get a text confirming it in a moment.

What it can see

Only the calendars you choose during set-up. ZoiVox cannot browse your Google account, read your email, or see calendars you did not pick. Disconnecting removes our copy of your tokens — if you also want access revoked at Google's end, do that from your Google account's security settings.

Setting it up

From the dashboard, once. You will not need it again.
