What it does

All of this works today.

Posts to your URL when a call ends, a booking is made or changed, or a payment lands
Signs every request, so your end can prove it came from us and not from someone else
Sends the same data the dashboard shows, as JSON
Lets you send a test from the dashboard before you rely on it
Shows you every delivery and its result, so a silent failure is not possible

What it can see

Whatever you point it at. The address is yours and we only send to it — we never read anything back. We refuse addresses on private networks, so a webhook cannot be used to reach inside our own infrastructure.

Setting it up

From the dashboard, once. You will not need it again.

Paste your URL into the dashboard and pick the events you want
Copy the signing secret and verify it at your end
Send a test, confirm it arrives, and turn it on

Where the edges are

The limits worth knowing before you rely on it.

If your endpoint is down when we call, the delivery is recorded as failed and you can send it again from the dashboard. Automatic retries are being built — today the retry is a button, not a schedule.
For Zapier, Make or n8n, point the webhook at their catch hook. There is no account to link and nothing to authorise.
