Book straight into Outlook

The same thing, for a business that runs on Microsoft. Your assistant reads free time, then writes, moves and cancels bookings on the Outlook calendar you choose.

What it does

All of this works today.

  • Reads availability on your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com calendar during the call
  • Creates the appointment with the caller's name, number and reason for calling
  • Moves and cancels bookings when someone rings back
  • Works with a work or school Microsoft account, or a personal Outlook one
  • Texts the caller a confirmation once the event exists
On the call
Can I move my Tuesday appointment?
Of course. I have you at 10am Tuesday — what suits you better?
Same day, later if you can.
4:30 is free. Moved — you will get a text shortly.

What it can see

Only the calendar you select, granted through Microsoft's own consent screen. ZoiVox cannot read your mail, your files, or any other calendar on the account. Disconnecting removes our copy of your tokens; revoke the app from your Microsoft account if you want it gone entirely.

Setting it up

From the dashboard, once. You will not need it again.
