Take payment through your own Stripe

During a call your assistant can text the caller the page on your site where they register and pay. When the money lands, your Stripe tells us, and we show it against the right person.

What it can see

We never hold your Stripe keys and never touch your money. Your Stripe tells us that something was paid and who paid it; it does not give us the card, and it does not give us the ability to charge anybody. Payouts go from Stripe to your bank without passing through ZoiVox.

Where the edges are

The limits worth knowing before you rely on it.

We send people to your page rather than generating a payment link, so the page can collect whatever else you need and your branding stays intact.
Matching is by email or phone. If someone pays with details that match nothing we hold, the payment shows as unmatched rather than being guessed at.
Refunds show, but are made in Stripe. We will not move your money for you.
