What it does

All of this works today.

Appends a row the moment a call finishes, with no action from you
Records the time in your own city, not ours
Writes caller, number, duration, what they wanted and the outcome
Leaves your own headings, formatting and formulas alone — it only ever adds rows
Keeps working if you sort, filter or build charts on top of it

What it can see

Only the one spreadsheet you deliberately share with us. You share a sheet with our service address the same way you would share it with a colleague — we never ask for access to your Drive, so we cannot see any other file you own. Stop sharing the sheet and the writing stops.

Setting it up

From the dashboard, once. You will not need it again.

Create a sheet, or pick one you already use
Share it with the address shown in your dashboard, with edit access
Paste the sheet's link back into the dashboard

Where the edges are

The limits worth knowing before you rely on it.

We only add rows. If you need a cell changed after the fact, change it yourself — we will not overwrite your edits.
One sheet per business.
A spreadsheet is a convenience, not a backup. The dashboard remains the record, and deleting the sheet does not delete anything here.
